Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. Because we deal with perishable food products, our return policy has specific guidelines - please read carefully before placing your order.
Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Jain Badi Bhujia Bhandar (JBBB), we take care to ensure that our food products reach you in proper condition. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, incorrect selection by the customer, or after the product packaging has been opened.
Damaged or Defective Products
A replacement or refund may be considered if the product is received damaged, leaking, tampered with, or otherwise materially compromised during transit.
If the parcel or product packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not open or consume the affected product. Keep the product, shipping package, labels, and original packaging intact and contact us as soon as possible.
Please send clear photographs and, where available, an unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel/product, along with your order number, to jainbadibb@gmail.com.
Claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so that we can verify the issue promptly. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
Once the claim is verified, JBBB may, as appropriate, offer a replacement or refund for the affected product. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.
Products that have been opened, consumed, altered, improperly stored after delivery, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement, except where required by applicable law.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product different from the product ordered, please retain it in its original unopened condition and contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photographs. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled only before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed, processed, or handed over for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
