Shipping Within India

Jain Badi Bhujia Bhandar (JBBB) ships across India to serviceable pincodes through our courier and logistics partners.

Minimum Order

The minimum total product weight required to place an order through our website is 900g.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is provided on eligible website orders within India. There is no minimum order-value requirement for free shipping; however, the minimum total order weight of 900g applies.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within a reasonable processing period after confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on the destination, courier serviceability, holidays, weather, operational conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website or communicated by us are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch through the contact details supplied with the order.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, pincode, and contact number. Please review these details carefully before placing an order.

If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be attempted before dispatch and may not always be possible.

Damaged Shipment

If a parcel or product is received visibly damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please retain the product and all original packaging and contact us promptly. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the claim procedure.

Serviceability

If a destination is not serviceable, we may be unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been received and the order cannot be shipped, an applicable refund will be processed.

International Shipping

International shipping is handled separately. For international orders, please contact us with your destination and product requirements. Shipping availability, charges, documentation requirements, and delivery estimates will depend on the destination and order.
