A-grade moong dal, Central Asian hing, salt, black pepper, pure groundnut oil. Zero palm oil. Zero cottonseed oil. Zero preservatives.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep in an airtight container to retain the snap. Best within the shelf life on the pack.

How we grade
Our suppliers know: only the largest, cleanest, most uniform pulses get through. The rest goes elsewhere. It costs us more. It also makes papad you can feel the difference in.
Why hing from Central Asia
The hing belt in Afghanistan and surrounding regions produces hing with higher essential oil content and cleaner aroma than commodity-grade alternatives.
