How to use
Lambi Badi/Jain badi recipe - - First, in a pan, add 1 tbsp of ghee and fry the badi until it's slightly brown. Set it aside. - Now, in a cooker, add 4 tbsp of ghee. Once heated, add cumin seeds, 8-10 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 1 medium-sized onion, and 2 medium-sized tomatoes. Cook until the ghee comes to the surface. - Add 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Then, add the previously roasted JBBB badi to the boiling water and pressure cook for 1 whistle on medium heat. - Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatis.
