How to use
Mungodi Recipe - First, in a pan, add 1 tbsp of ghee and fry JBBB Moong Badi until it's slightly brown. Keep it aside. - Now, heat another pan, add 3 tbsp of ghee. Once heated, add cumin seeds and stir for a few seconds. - Add 1/2 cup of fresh coriander leaves and stir for another 15 seconds. Then, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Add 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil. - Add the previously roasted JBBB Moong Badi to the boiling water. Cover the pan and cook on low flame until done. - Serve in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves, and enjoy it with chapatis.
